Assumptions aside.
Evidence forward.
An independent consultancy that turns trial-design decisions into regulatory acceptance and payer value — endpoint selection, comparator strategy, HTA, and the economics that decide access.
We separate access readiness from pricing strength — so positioning stays honest and the benchmark stays clear.
Strategy built for the bodies that decide access
01 What we do
Six ways to make the value case undeniable.
Every engagement is built on the same discipline: separate what the evidence supports from what the market wants to hear, then make the defensible case as strong as it can honestly be.
02 The method
The name is the method. We set assumptions aside and let the evidence set the agenda.
We start from the approved evidence base — what is actually supported, not what we wish were true.
We translate that evidence into the decisions it can defend: endpoints, comparators, pricing, positioning.
We mark the lines you should not cross — the claims the evidence will not carry, stated plainly.
03 What an engagement looks like
A briefing your team can act on — and your reviewers can’t pick apart.
Deliverables are structured the way decisions get made: a clear read, the implication, and the boundary you shouldn’t cross. Below is an illustrative snapshot — the format, not a real client.
Read
The established comparator still calibrates payer expectations, even where a newer entrant is the expected reference.
Implication
Anchor the value story to the segment the evidence actually supports — severe, treatment-experienced patients — and build the access case there first.
Boundary
Don’t generalize the value claim to the whole class. The cross-trial bridge isn’t clean enough to carry it.

Bring the assumptions. We’ll set them aside.
A short, structured intake tells us where your asset is and where you’re trying to take it. You’ll hear back with a clear view of how we’d help — and an honest read on whether we’re the right fit.
